All temporary staff are required to meet all the following pre-requisites. Among the documents; NMC registration approved through NMC caller code (Nurses Only) Evidence of yearly mandatory training i.e.
- Basic Life support –CPR

- Infection Control (including MRSA & Clostridium Difficile)
- POVA/ POCA
- Fire safety
- Basic food hygiene
- Activities within Dementia care
- Learning disabilities awareness
- Restriction on Behaviour
- Dealing with difficult behaviours
- Handling Violence and Aggression
- Lone Worker
- COSHH
- RIDDOR
- Risk incident reporting and record keeping
